Thank you for shopping at Liv Hual Inc. We are committed to providing you with high-quality vases and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  1. Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges on all eligible products within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  1. Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • The product must be in the original packaging, all original tags/labels attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, or items explicitly marked as “Final Sale.”

  2. Contact Us: To start a return, please email our Customer Service team at [customersupport@livhualinc.com] with your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange.
  3. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping instructions for the return address. Do not send your item back without an RMA number.
  4. Ship the Item: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.
  5. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 (seven) business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provide a prepaid label (unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item).

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and items purchased with a promotional code may be subject to a different return policy, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase
